NANOPROTECH Super Insulation uses cutting-edge nanotechnology to provide protection from moisture and corrosion. A stable, invisible nanocoating protects electrical devices from splashes, spills and accidental submersions. NANOPROTECH Super Insulation has the unique ability to restore the working capacity of equipment that has been exposed moisture, diminish current leakage and stop insulation breakdown. It provides at least one year of protection in fresh and saltwater conditions and increases the service life of your investment.
Applications
NANOPROTECH Super Insulation is suitable for use on all electrical equipment from 3 volts to 10,000 volts including automotive, marine, agricultural, robotics, industrial and construction equipment.
Properties
Our nanoparticles establish flexible, durable protection from the damaging effects of moisture on electrical equipment. They penetrate at the molecular level into the structure of the equipment to displace water molecules and fight oxidation. NANOPROTECH Super Insulation instantly restores electrical resistance of insulation and improves the conductivity of connections. It reliably penetrates into hard-to-reach places and can even be applied on wet surfaces.
Guidelines
One 150 ml can of NANOPROTECH will cover ~ 2m² with a durable coating for at least one year under normal conditions. Apply between -20°C and +35°C. Once applied, NANOPROTECH Super Insulation is effective between -80°C and +160°C.
Instructions
Read and follow safety warnings. Disconnect electrical devices and be alert for environmental hazards. Shake before use. Spray directly onto electrical components 20-30 cm from target area. Nanocoating will grip durably after 20 minutes and reach maximum strength after 48 hours. Shelf life is 5 years.
